Long story short, I had a little mishap between my glass bowl and a cat litter box.

Whats the best way to completely sterilize and restore my bowl? Would some bleach + water in a bucket soaking for a couple days do the trick?

uuhhh bleach? I don't know, if I were you I would just use the trusty rubbing alcohol and salt method. Fill the piece with the alcohol and salt and shake it really hard for a few minutes. The alcohol will sterilize it and loosen the gunk, and the salt will knock the gunt off the sides. Try it.

Gross, go to your local hardware store, buy some acetone.

Soak that bitch in acetone for a day, run hot ass mother fuckin water through it.

Acetone will break down resin as a solvent and kill any bacteria, just make sure all that shit is out of your piece.

Care and cleaning of your glass pieces
Isopropanol is also antibacterial (used in hospitals as a skin prep before incision or injection) and should kill nasty cat box germs just fine.
