You know theres two things that piss me off when someone asks a question about another drug; The fact that the poster likely did no independent research before asking, and even more so the people who try to discourage the use of this drug or tell them to just smoke weed.
The reason for this is that I seriously doubt ilovebecky or Zandor have tried MDMA, or know much about it besides the standard 'eats holes in your brain' bullshit the government feeds the public about every drug. (The myth by the way was the result of misinterpretation of brain scans that measures the amount of the neurotransmitter serotonin in the brain, further propagated by flawed research done by George Ricaurte)

Unless you plan on being outside or active don't worry about drinking so much, the risk is of dehydration and it isn't a risk unless you're sweating a lot. Just keep a drink around, sporks drinks such as Gatorade are best as they also contain electrolytes you loose in sweat.
Individual reacts vary, especially since you can't be sure what is in your pills. Real good ecstasy generally makes you want to sit on your ass and embrace life. Music makes the experience more enjoyable, outdoors and public places as well.
Eat good the day before you roll and lightly the day you do it, you probably will not feel hungry during or even the day after. If you can take a vitamin pill like Centrum or something.
Good pills can last up to five hours, smoking during the peak I find intensifies and prolongs the experience as well as makes it feel more like I am tripping.

Well I also have an opinion about it, and I happen to love MDMA. If it's pure, it's safe and maybe the most enjoyable experience I've ever had. Count me as one of the people that says go for it.

By the way, what circumstances are these? I like it best with just a few friends and some music, a rave scene would not be for me.

Also, if you don't eat for like 24 hours before you do it, it gets REALLY heavy on you (found this shit out the other day).

But yeah, I'd say a decent sociable situation is perfect. If you dig raves, go raving. If not.... don't go raving.

Those brain scans showing 'holes' do not show holes, they merely show areas of the brain where serotonin is depleted. Of course there will be low levels of serotonin in the brain the days following ecstasy use because it works mainly by flooding the brain with this neurotransmitter.

MDMA neurotoxicity is a highly complex issue, but there is nothing to suggest that a single or even moderate use of ecstasy causes significant damage to the brain and it certainly does not cause 'holes'.

People need to face that the government lies about other drugs just as much if not more than they lie about cannabis and before you post misinformation you should go and take a look at how MDMA actually works.

x does not eat holes in your brain the x your freind took could have been cut with another amphetamine or maybe even a methamphetamine which is bad when combined with x because x is a pshycadelic methamphetamine and when combined with something like cocaine or ice which its usually cut with there is a higher chance of death. There there might not have even been mdma in it it could have been pma which has x like affects but comes on more slowly and is very deadly as the amount you take to feel the effects is very close to the overdose limit. As for you sg2 if you wanna try x then here is my advice get it from someone who has done alot of x that way they at least can find you a pill with pure mdma and wait at least 2 weeks after you do it your first time to repeat the experience because you brain will turn off some of the seritonin receptors and you need to give them time to turn back on I would also suggest drinking a glass of water every 30-45 minutes.
