It might be you, or you know of someone who can make a pipe/bong out of just about anything found lying around.

I had a fread who made a great pipe out of a light fixture. You know those lamps that hang on a wall. Usually an L-shaped thing. He used the bulb socket as the bowl. Strong hits from that thing!

Anyone would like to share stories/secrets of this type, please do.

I recently made a vaporizer out of a light bulb. I broke the seal off the light bulb then cleaned it out and put a bottle cap on the whole at the end of the bulb. I cut a whole in cap and stuck a straw through it. Put the weed in bulb, heat bottom and inhale vapors. I got pretty dam high off of it.

I made my bong out of a Maglite torch.What i did is take the battries out and the bulb,pull the switch out so your left with a hole.Replace the switch with a down pipe and cone ,then unscrew the top of the torch & Hey-Presto you have a bong.

A concept I have been perfecting for awhile is that of the "sport bong". In recent years there has been a glut of various kinds of fancy bottled water in the attendant hi-tech looking bottles. In head shops (where they still exist) you can purchase a bowl, stem, and grommet, for under $10 CDN. You take your fancy water bottle and drink the contents (the oxygen-enhanced berry citrus Clearly Canadian was tasty, and had a cool blue colored bottle with scientific looking graphics on the label). Cut, drill or ream a hole in the bottle two thirds of the way down the side, of a diameter suitable to accept stem and grommet, and push stem and grommet in so that the stem angles upward to the bowl, downward into the water (well, don't fill it up until this step is completed). Drill a "carb" up near the top that you can comfortably place a thumb over, and voila! Sport Bong! Place it in the water bottle holder on your bicycle and... ...go for a nice long ride in the woods!

I've used loads of different shit to make bongs with,It's wicked seeing someones face when confronted by a 2 stage potato bong.
I've also used car and bike parts,jars of every description and even a bucket, if it will hold water and I can seal it I will try to use it,I guess I just like playing around with stuff.
Without experimentation how would we have ever known about ganja,after all someone had to be the first.

in my High School my and my friends have wood shop......we make pretty neat wooden bowls........dont worry though we have the top covered in aluminum foil so that we dont burn the wood.

i have made soooo many pipes/bongs outa shit i founf lying around, a good one if your stuck with nothing to smoke outa is take an old tape case (audio tape) and make a small hole in the side of one end, another hole on the other end, and a large hole in the "top" for a screen. once u have all your holes done, tape up all the creases to make it air tight, plop in an aluminum foil screen and toke away...word to the wise, this dont work well if your planing on a bunch of ppl smoking from it, because the plastic will tend to smoulder and kill your lungs, and posible you. This other time i used a slurpie bottle from 7/11 *it was about 2 feet tall, wide base and top, with a skinny mid section, i cut a hole in it, and placed a tube with a bowl in it, sealed it up, and whenever you took a toke, it would swirl up like a tornado of pot smoke...ahh...that was a great bong...

I made a pipe out of a stale loaf of bread once...there was 2 slices left, plus the crappy end bits that nobody cool eats. So I pulled the crusts off the 2 slices, pressed em flat between my hands, and shaped it around my thumb...I also used an xacto knife to cut little tiny holes for the shotgun and bowl, and voila!

I let it dry for a few days, and it was actually airtight and hard. It kept smoking for about three weeks, if memory serves me right (not freakin likely).

DONT USE ALUMINUM FOIL it tears up your lungs, is toxic and causes alheimers use something stainless steel( like a metal pen tip) or glass

This simply is not true, you need higher temperatures than you find in a bong bowl. The reason for this is because people are relying on data from aluminium smelters who have been proven to have a higher risk of developing alzheimers.

my fave will always be the goldshloger bottle bong. it takes some effort tho and a glass drill.

we took one of those giant blue water bottles (the ones you turn upside down, have two different faucet things) and drilled three holes in the sides and then put plastic tubing in

then put either aluminum foil or a bowl on top and fill up a bowl and get fucking baked

we also have a lung thats a giant gatorade bottle with a garbage bag attached to it. we are in the process of perfecting the giant water bottle lung with a garbage bag on it, it requires two people and its massive

I once made a long stemmed pipe with a carb using aluminum foil. It was pretty sturdy and lasted me for about 3 months.

water cooler hookahs kick royal ass. my buddy made a 4 hoser once, we all started smoking it while outside. I'm not too sure how well it worked, because all I remember is "Alright, light that shit! (furious bubbling) (4 seperate, yet simultaneous thumps)"

I'm glad it wasn't raining at the time...we were out there for a couple hours before anybody found us and brought us some food.
