The cops busted me yesturday. I was in the woods with 4 of my friends and we all had at least a gram. They searched me and my friends, and found mine and one of my friends. I handed mine over since they had allready searched my friend and i knew they would seach me. I ended up gettting arrested with him. It was all because of a car that had nothing to do with us was seen dropping people of in the woods. Our stories of how we got it are differnet too, so we got to figure that out before we talk to them.

That really sucks man hope everything goes okay.

You got arrested and you live in Cleveland? In ohio anything under 100g is only a ticket and doesn't create a record. Do you mean they just put you in cuffs and took you home, or you actually went to jail?

Ya, that's like, 3.5 ounces man. 100g's seems like a lot. Here in Canada, anything under an ounce is just a ticket. I can't see the US having looser MJ laws than Canada. I think you are mistaken friend.

No man check out NORML.org and check out Ohio. Anything under 100g is a ticket, no criminal record. I guess we're just pretty lenient here. Alaska would be even better than Canada. Check out their laws.

I Imagine the ticket is really a summons to court where they will fine you at least.Depending on how much pot you have.Where I live they make you go to drug school even for a couple of grams.Of course you have to pay for the school and then pay for piss tests every week.

In Maine if you get caught with an 1.5 OZ or less just a $400 ticket. It was $200 til this year.

dont worry, live in Cincinatti and the jackass pigs will give you 40 hours community service each. they will also smoke your stash

i live in ohio, and i dont know about the 100 gram thing. but i feel ya man. i just got caught today. me and 2 friends. they took my bowl, lucky lighter, and smoked my stash. took me home and made a big deal out of it to my parents. but my parents didnt do anything about it cuz they smoke too. i hope it works out for ya man, and fuck them pigs.

In Ann Arbor, MI a small quantity (30 grams, maybe?) is only a $25 ticket and they confiscate.

Move to England, i think it's if we have under an ounce and you're under 18 you get taken to the police station, and your parents are notified, if you have under an ounce and you're 18+ they can take it off, you tell you not to do it, and that's it, then over an ounce (or is it 2 ounces i'm on about...) you get a fine or something, but they are really relaxed about it
