So, I've never tried any of those herbs that are sold as legal, and I'm curious, do they work (as in, will they get you high) at all, or are they just a clever marketing ploy for dried plant matter?

Legal kind of red flags the uselessness of the bud. The only legal things that are worth it are whiped cream and alcohol. If you want to smoke somthing buy cigarettes or shit just roll up some of your moms seasonings.

ya i just smoked some of that "famous hawaiin bud" and it smells like two fat men have been having sex in my room. their "complementory" wild greens made me gag.

obviously that shit isn't cannabis, so what is it? i don't think i would smoke something that i don't know what it is.

it's a mixed assorment (depending on which 'blend' it is) of random herbs that are very easily obtainable, through 'spiritual shops' grocery stores, online ect ect... it's a waste of money.

No one truely knows what is actually contained within those legal buds. If you notice, there is very few ingredients, if any, listed on the packaging, or website. Cannabis Culture did a story quite some time ago now on those legal buds. The companies refused to say what was actually in the buds, or what it was. They claim, the companies, that it is a big secret, and by the report by C.C. mag., they said it was nothing more than unknown herbs pressed together onb a stick, held together by an unknown black resin. None of them contain THC of any kind, so a marijuana like high will not be present.

i remember reading a report of exactly what was in it, they analzyed quite a few of them, i can't find that site for the life of me, some got 'ok' reports (tho they did say it didn't get you high, but as far as smoking it went, they said that it wasn't all that disgusting, quite enjoyable smooth smoke, perhaps to be used as a filler for those who don't roll 100% weed) others got very negative results... oonly one of the ingredients i remember in one of the reports was wild dagga letuce..

I got some like a year ago, I still have em, I use so few, they are not bad, just don't expect to find a true cannabis substitute, if you mix it, they add a twist, now, before mixing I advise to learn a bit on the properties of each particular ingredient, because as subtle as it may be, the effect is there. IMO.

I.e. hawaian buds are somehow relaxing and mix well, in their own way, but I don't really like that much.
