Ok, I've heard some people that say naming pieces is queer, but some people say it's fun. I personally love naming a new piece. Right now I have the Silver Surfer (all silver metal bowl), the Red Baron (a new metal bowl with red plastic covering the pipe), Big Blue (a blue bowl with a dime-sized bowl), Rastabong (a 3 chamber bong, Red, Yellow, and Green), Nine-Ball (a green bong about a foot tall), and Peace Pipe (1 foot long piece of piping with a bowl on the end and the pipe wrapped in orange and black leather). The Silver Surfer used to be Papa Smurf cause it had a blue clay piece surrounding the actual pipe, but now has a chamber and is all silver. Just wondering if anyone else does this, or if I'm crazy

i would but i dont have a piece and im lacking the cleverness and creativity to name a pipe/bong/bubbler

my friends are really good at naming there peices, they get really blazed and think up the sweetest names, i always by clear glass small bongs because im cheap and i never end up naming them

but someday when i get a nice peice of coloured glass ill think of a good name

i named my bong tsunami cus it has a hole in the middle with wave shaped glass things going around it, it all fills up with smoke

my friend named my bubbler carny cus its got colors and swirls like a carnival

my spoon was named element because it starts off as green near the bowl, then goes red, white and then blue near the mouth piece. as in earth, fire, wind, water

i think naming pieces is kinda dumb so i don't usually do it, but my buddy insisted on it so i told him i'd name my piece if something good popped into my head. my bowl is red and when there's tons of resin in it it also turns blue, so i named my bowl "spiderman".

My metal pipe is Sir Jeffy the Roachmeister.

We got him opening day of The Ringer, and we usually only use him for roaches now.

I think it's a psychological thing. When you name a piece, you identify with it more. It finds a deeper and more special place. You know, that place you can only get to when you're really, really high. I call that place happy.
