well my parents found out that i smoke... they dont like that i do it but there not stoping me they just dont want it in the house

i found this out from my non-smoking big brother my parents asked him to talk to me about it

i dont know what to do should i obey what my parents want and not smoke or should i continue i know my really my choice but what do u guys think

You're not breaking any rules, if all they want is it "not in the house". If they give you shit about it, say "you didn't want it in the house, it's not in the house. " Call them out.. Worked for me back in the day..

well from ur post i get the impression they are dissapointed with ur actions as a smoker. In my opinion u shouold def not keep it in the house to obey what they mostly want, then u should follow what u want. If they are concerned show them sites about the exxageration of the health problems associated iwth mj.

my parents found out a few days ago also. my mom found some ashes on my floor and called me out. i didnt feel like lying so i was like yeah i smoked. my parents flipped out on me and said if i ever did it again to call them while i was packing my bags cause they would totally disown me. they dont wanna hear anything about how weed isnt bad and they said they were scared that i had actually done research on it. so i told them i wouldnt smoke, not because i was against it or didnt like it, but because its illegal. guess ill just have to hide it more carefully. sucks to have close minded parents.

At least you know you're not alone.. Most people who smoke have a group of people who don't care.. but most people DO care..

i havent ever been properly busted...the few times i have i got away with either "a friend gave it to me" or "I tried it and it hurt my throat" Touche mum and dad....my dad used to smoke weed like a chimney but i dont know how he would feel about it if i did.

Word. I can relate to that, growin up back in the day i had the parents who didnt give a fuck, i got high and drunk all the time, since i was 13 or 12 i can't remember it was 6th grade though. And kidz would always smoke and get drunk at my house and crash and shit, heh good times.
