Scissors, bro. Just cut it up small, and rub in between your fingers. I use a vaporizer ost of the time, and it works really well for me that way. Why buy a grinder?
buy a grinder they're like 10 bucks... u will not regret I use to use scissocers and pick apart it with my fingers bought a grinder for 10 bucks at a head shop. it comes out so fine...

Yeah, grinders are good. Just get one of the round things, at your head shop. It's a lot faster that scissors, and the weed comes out nice and fine. a pleasure to smoke!
blender.....don't over do it tho....and only leave it on a few seconds at a time taking the actual glass part out and shaking it vigirously and putting it back for another few seconds.....until you get it as fine as you want it....the problem here is tho...that the stems and seeds will be left so you either have to deal with it or pick them aaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllllll out by hand....cuz i don't think you have a sifter
Like I said, I suggest scissors. You can also use a mortar and pestle, or even rocks. Just get a flat rock and a round rock and grind that shit up. I dunno, dude.. scissors work for me better than grinders.
