at least ~10grams of headdies. i have a 5.3g nug of Trainwreck and some large nugs of stuff called "Yosemite"? also some Orange Crush nugs, but they're smaller.

Almost, The are made with coconut oil and a gram of kif, hash or headies... long story short you cook the the mixture and get THC saturated oil or "Budder" then you pack the capsules with it.
