A pure sativa will give you an energetic heady high, a pure indica gives a body high that will make you wanna sit down and not move (couchlock) But a lot of weed is hybrid which means it's a combination of the two.

It's been said, but
Sativa= racing thoughts, bud smells piney or like citrus, visuals and patterns, happy. Too much of it could = paranoia

Indica= slow, tingly feeling, heavy and sleepy, smells skunky. Too much of it could = puking.
