cannabis and cancer

My aunt is very sick she has been on chemotherapy for a year and just finished it, it started as ovarian cancer and now spread to her stomach she doesn't have a huge amount of time left.

Now my question is would cannabis relieve her pain(I'm guessing it would) and/or would it reduce the cancer(i read some research that THC attacks cancerous cells) so if she ingested some would it help.

Lightbulb You start by clicking the link....

Below in my sig. Scroll down to the cancer and the chemotherapy sections and start printing whatever looks appropriate. I know I don't have anything on ovarian cancer, but cannabis seems to (at least) slow many forms of cancer. Hopefully, hers is one of them. There are even more (newer) studies at -

http://www..com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=25554

In most cases, I just have a news article or an abstract of a study, so it won't be 20 pages per study. Say to her, "An on-line friend (me ) asked me to give these to you." Give her maybe 4 or 5 of the most interesting studies and let her read them. Then tell her quietly, "There's more." After she reads those, tell her- "I know a someone who can get you some, if you want to try it." The deal is to keep yourself "low key" and calm.

Abide by her choice, even if she says "No, thank you". Even if she says "No" now, she may change her mind later on her own.

If she says "Yes", use a vaporizer, if possible. Let her see my whole post- education is a good thing. Maybe get her to join C.com- I'd like to converse with her. I'm also over at the other site I referred you to- it's a bit quieter and a more sedate MMJ site. She might prefer it. Me? I like both sites for different reasons. Visiting one, does not preclude visiting the other.

Cannabis relieves some pain, makes other pains more bearable, it slows some kinds of cancer and kills the cells of a few others. Will it help her? I don't know. I do know it certainly will be less toxic than many "traditional" medicines and make her last days more pleasant!

Thank you for being a caring nephew/niece.

Thanks mate, I really think it would do her good she has problems stomaching food.

Also because of the stomach tumours i thought if she ate it maybe it might reduce them( i have seen the study done that shows THC attacks cancer cells with out attacking other cells).

Thanks for your help I always try and help sick people but I'm not a doctor but I am a great believer (after good research) that marijuana is a wonder drug, Maybe not for everything but an amazing drug none the less.

peanutbutter is an unknown quantity at this point
It recently came to my attention that the fed is now knowingly forcing people to needlessly die from cancer.

Here is a link to the NIH report that lists the cancers that marijuana attacks.

http://pharmrev.aspetjournals.org/cg...t/58/3/389.pdf
The document covers much more than cancer. To me, this is proof that the federal government is forcing hundreds of thousands of people to suffer and die.

Here are three well documented people that have had tumors stopped by using marijuana:

Angle Reich inoperable brain cancer. progression of the cancer halted. Took her fight to use marijuana to save her own life all the way to the US supreme court twice.
A Right to Life-Saving Marijuana? A Federal Court Says No - The Lede - Breaking News - New York Times Blog
Her last case in the supreme court was in 2005. She is still alive today.

Steve Kuby cancer of the adrenal gland. The cancer spread through his body. Including into his liver. That was twenty five years ago. Marijuana is the only medicine he has taken for many years.
Steve Kubby - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Steve was one of the key people to promote California's prop 215 in '96 which made medical marijuana possible there.
Steve just got out of jail. For a marijuana crime that took place before prop 215 went into effect. Our government does, in fact, put people in jail for trying to stay alive.

The prognosis for both: 100% fatal. just months to live.

Irv Rosenfeld rare genetic condition which causes tumors to form on the ends of long bones. Has been supplied marijuana from the federal government for the last twentyfive years. The tumors stopped growing as soon as he began to consume the marijuana and have not resumed.
YouTube - Federal Medical Marijuana Patient Irv Rosenfeld

We have the cure for cancer.

The more people that know about that, the faster things will change.
