There would have to be some source of lipids or alcohols ingested along with this erb bagel to really get your money's worth. Spread butter, peanut-butter, guacamole, or olive oil on the bagel and then heat it for a bit, at least 300 F or so. 10 to 20 min, don't let it burn. A bagel is prolly 200-400 calories before adding the butter or other source of lipids. If you were to make firecrackers with a bit of peanut butter on each one... provided you used the same amount of erb as you do with the bagel, you should get higher as there is less food in your stomach. Eat a few firecrackers for breakfast and have a super day.
