Compilation of Favorite Recipes?

Hey everybody,

I'm new here and I thought it would be cool to discuss my two life passions, plants and cooking.

If anyone has any favorite recipe, it can be medicated or not (some recipes have awesome after-affects even when there isn't any bud in it), whichever you want!

I figured it would be fun to share some favs!

Here's one of mine. I talk about this in my introduction thread.

Rosemary Parmesan Sweet Potato Fries (Really Easy)!

Usually 3/4 lb. is enough for one person, so base your serving size off of that.

Step one: Wash, Peel, and slice however many potatoes you need into 1/4 in. strips

Step two: Depending on the size of your mixing bowl, throw a manageable amount of the cut potatoes into the bowl and VERY lightly cover them with olive oil

Step three: finely chop rosemary and Parmesan Riggiano and sprinkly them to your liking (obviously less for lighter flavor and more for heavier flavor)

Step four: cover a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil and spread the covered fries along the sheet so they don't touch. (If you don't have non-stick aluminum foil, just use regular with a TOUCH of Olive Oil spread around underneath the fries) Note=Too much Olive Oil equals soggy fries!!!

Step five: Bake fries in pre-heated 400 deg. Far. oven for 13mins on one side, flip them all with a spatula or fork, and 13 minutes (this time may differ depending on your oven) on that side, or until they crisp up!

AND THERE YOU GO! Seriously, these things are good. You should really try them, they are so easy to make!

I hope you guys like them!

Wow, I can't believe I forgot this part of the recipe, but after you have them all laid out, you sprinkly more parmesan on them so it melts on the top and crisps!
