Vision problem...please help

In the past few days iv been noticing my vision is messed up...
I radomly start to see foggy..mostly out of my left eye but if I blink few times or rub my eyes it usually goes away.

The most annoying part...Its hard to explain
Its kinda like when you close your eyes you see a bunch of colors and whatever... I see that with my eyes open...like flases of color, but I can still see everything...its like there but not there
I wish i had a better way to explain it but its really been bothering me because its a constant thing and wont go away

I was kinda directed toward diabetes when I researched it but i know its not that b/c i tested my urine today and had many blood tests in the past 2 months.

I would really really appreciate it if someone can tell me what it might be and a possible cure?

That type of stuff has ben happening to me too. Diabetes is actually a pretty high possibility for me but I think my eyes are just being strained. Maybe from watching too much tv, using the computer too much, etc. But I don't really know how to help you, I find visine kinda helps cause normally my eyes feel dry too. Also I don't really know anything about what I'm talking about.

The first thing I'd do would be to schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist, for an examintaion.
