Well... so today i discovered i have a kidney stone... i awoke with a REALLY BAD pain in my back, and it was so strong that i (who usually am VERY strong and painless) had to ask to go to the hospital immediatly... and arriving there, after a painful wait, some meds, and some exams, i discovered i have one.

So, i would like to know if smoking weed can help with the pain... the doc gave me some meds, but i fear the could not be enough (yes the pain is THIS great), and would like to know if i could alleviate it with weed.

Before i go to the hospital, i smoked a bit, and it did almost no effect. Of course i didnt smoked too much, but the relief was null, or almost null. Thats why i would like to know if weed works for this awfull pain.

And, at last, an advice... everybody, please, for your own good, DRINK A LOT OF WATER! Cause its one way to prevent this... and i assure you, anything IS worth to avoid this pain... i wouldnt wish it to my worst enemy... even being pretty evil and ruthless as i am... so, take care of yourselfes, to avoid this kind of suffering... cause its really really BAD...

I really doubt it will. I doubt it would hurt though. I find weed helps way more with inflamation pains.

If you smoke, it will lessen the effectiveness of prescribed medication. It does help with the pain somewhat, and I would use it. I have a terminal kidney disease and I unfortunately get stones ALL THE TIME and I'm here to tell you. The prescribed meds work MUCH better.
