Ok well iv had epididymis a few times which cause an acute pain in my testes doc said i get it cause for some weird reason all of my urine doesn't come out and goes back in and has been causing this epididymis and inflammation in this area which is painfull dull kinda pain. as well as a cist or something on the teste (need to get it check but no $ family is first and my wife an son both have probs) but we do get some mj from my father. When i smoke the pain is dull but somtimes ill get a burning(dont hurt) feeling in the testes almost like its killing or helping something? any insight, does mmj help kill bacteria? i know its an anti inflammation. thanks

Definitely go to a urologist to get it checked out. An epididymis cyst could lead to testicular cancer. Your health is most important and if you feel pain, it's something that has to be looked at through an ultrasound. Don't ignore the pain, listen to your body and go to the doctor because something serious could develop that could've been easily prevented.

Props to you for putting your family first, but I agree with the person above. This could be a very serious problem, not just a nuisance.

Oh, and to answer your question, I've never heard of it acting as an anti-bacterial. I think it's changing the way you percieve the pain in your teste.
