My dad is 50 years old and has had diabetes for 33 years, he has many health complications due to it. We're going about the process to get a medical marijuana card because he more than qualifies. He has an appointment with his physician this week. My dad had previously brought up his interest in medical marijuana to his doctor before. His doctor mentioned his fear of signing the papers due to the fact that he works at kaiser. We're hopeing everything goes well at his doctors appointment and his doctor just signs the papers. However we still would like to have a back up plan.
