Can anyone tell me what a good strain is for anxiety relief? I need something to calm my nerves, but almost everything I smoke seems to make me paranoid instead.

It could be the cannabis itself that's making your paranoid.

You should look into any strains that are mostly Indica. I suggest Rockbud, 100% Indica, that will put you right out.

i agree with Nochowderforyou. but you could be smoking sativa which could cause more anxiety and paranoia. I would go with a pure or close to indica strain.. to relax you... deep chunk,chocolate chunk,hash plant,black domina,sensi star,white russian are some powerful indica strains.
