D&B ?
I myself love all music, (I thinks It make the world turn! lol
 )But at heart I love to mix Drum and Bass, the South Uk scene was always great, (Been Out of it a while,) I listen to drum and Bass from all around the world now with the wonders of internet radio, but have wondered one thing? What the live scene like elsewhere? (Usa, Europe)? As I feel Drum and Bass and smoking Weed go hand in hand and used to love being outside in a huge rave smoking a reefer,  I thought it cool to ask a worldwide view??

I LOVE DnB. I live in Houston, Tx and up until a few years ago we had a great rave scene, esp when u were with the crew.Then, the cops started comin down hard, so it went under ground or moved out to bumfuck, tx. Ah the good old days, i ve got some stories. There was a record store, Atomic Records that had the best mix of vinyls, but when the rave scene died they closed its doors. I've been trying to find, I hate 50 cent but, the In da Club DnB remix is the Shit, but its a very rare mix so its hard to find. My friend found it on vinyl, but we want it on cd or mp3. There's a Fugees ready or not DnB remix thats awesome too. ATB, Dj Irene has some good Shit but shes mostly hardhouse. i like it all dance, dnb, hardhouse, trance, some techno and some jungle, but its just too all over the place.Dj Irene came to Houston last march, i think and i dropped a chocolate chip for the first time in years. it was the Shit.

as for the tracks..... I might be able to find some help  Iv the 50 track on vinyl and pretty sure the fugees Ready or not track on disk! I prefere the more laid back tunes to be honest, Hospital Records that type of thing. Gotta love Dj Hype and as for USA, I Loove Dj Craze, Mad Skillz keep ya self rolling

man if u could help me out on that remix would be the Shit. like i said we have it on vinyl too but no way to convert into cd or mp3 ive looked on limewire, bearshare and piolet music sharing communities and no one has it.. ooh also, i got 5 on it has a good DnB remix Damn good. I'm gon play it right now!!! i kno its not DnB but the bass on Collie Buddz Come Around is soooo hot. its so dirty!!!

Back in the day the Old School Ragga sets was one of my main reasons to be in the scene.. not a big fan of straight up d&b, gotta have some hip hop and reggae vocals in it or I'm out!
ohh and screw any type of house, never been a better reason to go home early than a DJ starting up a house set Dancing D&B ya gotta have some damn good legs, love dancing to this shit but it is demanding edit: Love Congo Natty, used to have mix"tapes" of his.. soooo gooooood.. sed to get em from this D&B shop in nyc.. damn forgetget the name, they wer epromoters, was down on 9th street below 3rd ave i think

Yeah man top!
We call it Jungle! tis more on the old skool side now, but still packs a punchy bassline. You might want to track down some older Dj Hype an english guy but he is heavy, into his jungle and scratching live, one of my faves.

Yea D&B is chill I like no love the reggae sets they throw up their. I remember the last good rave was at an abandoned parking garage three levels and four djs(One being on the roof) belting out some wild shit. I live here and Florida and we have a crazy D&B scene growing. I personally I like trance and House the best but who fucking knows anymore if it moves the body soul and mind its good shit to me cheers
