Well, theres obviously any song by Bob Marley (though Rastaman Chant is one of the best), but look into Burning Spear, the song Legalize it by Pato Banton, or Ganja Farmer by Marlon Asher. Those are just a few, but when you're high there;s almost no such thing as bad reggae.

check out the easy star all-stars, the two cds: Radiodread, and Dub Side of the moon. they took the instrumentals of both those albums and recorded reggae and dub lyrics and instrumentation over them. dub side of the moon is really cool. and if your into radiohead then radiodread is a very accurate representation of OK computer in its entirity based off how they sound similar.

easy star all-stars. check it.

well.. he is rasta..

just wanted to dig up a reggae thread even if the op is odd..

all depends on what kind of "reggae" ur into or carribean music, there is roots, dub, dancehall, conscious dancehall, etcetc.. prolly like 50 threads like this popped up since I joined cann dot com and I always say the same thing.. I think lol..

anyways, consider me the resident Reggae expert, I got thousands of tracks, so if you're ever browsing the forums and want to know something, post here, like if yuh like an artist, tell me, I'll let yuh kno some simmular in style Artistes

and if you liek Anthony b, try Sizzla and Capeleton, all three are Bobo Shanti rasta and do work together sometimes..

wow, i must have added "liek" to my spellcheck dictionary instead of correcting the spelling at some point cuz it says it is spelled right lol
