now im not sure how many people will see this, but Bill Richardson is going to sign a thing that makes medical marijuana legal... i personally think this is awesome.. in the article i read, he said he does not want it to be decriminilized (sp?)... but medical marijuana is the first step...

Its leagal but only medicinal and in NM no growing. I asked a doctor on 4/2/07 and he said he still hasent heard anything about it just rummors. I know the governor signed and approved the bill for the special session. It was the governor that got this bill pasted for NM, because most of the NM rep.'s were all for it in the beging (2/8/07) and buy the end(3/16/07) they voted against it after it came up several times. The governor had alot of press watching, and knew the right thing to do was fight for the sick and in pain people. In the special session that just ended (4/01/07)it was revoted and passed. I belive the governor expressing his influence on the representatives had alot to do with it. They dont wana let NM grow caus they have no way to tax something that people grow and consume themselves. What would they do if we all would grow our own food, clothing, Hygien products, fuel, electrical power, building materials, etc.?
so medical is legal... but no one is able to grow the medical weed... how the hell are they gonna get it??
