OK, i read all the replies and now i am more optimistic about finding good bud in the 505. Sounds like a few of you fellas are getting some primo herb.

new to nm....anyone know how the situation is in alamogordo?....what, if any, gets circulated around here?.....any higher grade smoke?

I see some people frustrated with the medical here, I just have to say. It took alot of people and alot of fighting and alot of sik people dieing to get to where we are. Most might not understand coming from other places, and are frustrated and mad, but for one second imagine fighting for medical in this state; meeting and saying good bye to many who have died and others who have had to move to more medical friendly states, and others who stay no matter what. We have fough and others before us fought to get this far, and most of us are still in the dark becaue the medical is only for very sik and dieing here, I know people with glacoma and some other things like back injuries which are all on the medical bill, but they can not get medical because of doctors unwilling to be doctors. An still we stand our ground, we still petition, we still smoke out of the public eye, we still get togeather and fight for what we belive to be right. And for those that are sick and dieing we can only do what we can, and hopefully the bill works for them, and helps them in some way. Its all we can do at the momment, because once you get your NM membership you get ignored by the rest of the world including the NM government. So most of us do the same and ignore them that includes the stupid laws such as NO WEED. But the most important thing to remember is the place help build more than its self, and it continues to do the same now, so will you be part of the problem or part of the solution.

wut up NM. just moved to santa fe for about 6 months or longer to finish high school. i was expecting a much better bud scene than this. its so touristy here i dont know were to find chill people. and only 2 headshops? not to mention, where im from if they can tell you're chill not a cop or something any headshop will sell without id. i went to this pretty sick little shop here called Concrete Jungle, had a thirty minute or so conversation with the lady that worked there, and at the end of it all she wouldnt sell me a pack of zigs wit out my i.d. shits making me regret coming out here anybody know how to find shit here

Nope, in fact. I just moved here and brought with me a 2 month supply. I have about 7 grams left. So this weekend I think I am going to go to UNM and see if I can get any over there. wish me luck. lol.

For all of you having a hard time finding the kind, do not worry there seems to be an abundance of it. I have been coming across some AK-47 like strains along with some Heady Indica's lately. Up by UNM you should have little problems finding these buds... Just ask the skater types and you will eventually come across someone willing to point you in the right direction..


As for the hash? I have not seen any for around a month and a half. The last time I had picked up on some it was some really bricked black hash, which was pretty strong. Better than the Mexican schwag hash you can come across out here.

New Hash in town, I went to a friends house last night and saw he had alot of realy good hash. He said he got it from his guy around UNM. It looks tan brownish and is sweaty/ oily. It is the bomb, one toke makes you sweat, or at least makes you heat up. He didnt know what kind it was or where it came from but Im gonna get quite a bit of it, I think it is a deffintite Indica strain, taste alot like pine needles, and it is good enough to burn on a pin. Very bubble, type of smoke, burns clean like a high quality hash should. Since I am gonna miss this years Cannabis CUp, this is a nice treat. Havent seen hash this good in town in a while. I f you guys find it I recomend getting some while its around.

I came across some hash just like you spoke of ! It is really good, but I found it to be a bit quick burning. The guy that hooked me up with that had some bud he called Master Kush that burned clean white and and the effect I noticed were the sort of nice uplifting Sativa high.

Good stuff goin' around town.

Interesting. I have been thinking about it a lot lately and the next strain that I grow will probably be master kush. I bet that stuff is tasty!

That MK was extremely dank smelling and had a strong pungent taste to say the least. I cant really explain the flavor though!

Well shit. I have been out of bud for a while now. I brought with me a 3 month supply (about 3 oz's) and now it's gone. I went to UNM today and asked a dozen people that looked like they would be down with the chron, but no one was! I wasn't dressed suspect or anything. I had a maps.org sweater on! Here is about 6 Grams of the bud my friend is calling Master Kush (I am doubting that it really is). Although you can't really tell from the picture, these buds glisten with trichromes .

Ok so here is the low down on the meetings held on Jan 15th and the upcomng on in March first week of.

You need to bring all your own medical history, if you dont might as well not even speak, just show your support.

You need to provide medical proof that Cannabis helps with your illness, such as if you have depression, provide proof of past harmfull drugs prescribed to you and then tell them that Herb help you as well with out the harmfull sideeffects. If you have pain, provide proof of your perscribed drugs, then tell them how Weed is better and with no side effects.

If you show up, with nuthing then just show your support to the others,

Because one thing is denied it does not meen it is in stone. It just meens the person, trying to prove their case did not do it well enough for the board to approve them.

Dont fuckin show up all stoned off your gord if you plan to speak in front of the board.

Be professional, you are not protesting, you are going before a health board who recognizes that medical cannabis is helpfull. Their is no need to prove that cannabis is good everyone in the room knows its good, they want to know why it is good for you. And "because I like to get high is not an answer" remmber it is medical cannabis. You have to have a legit medical reson, we are not at the point of recerational Marujuana, we are at the Medical Marijuana.

Be respectfull, to everyone including the board, its not a PinkFloyd concert. So dress for the part, dont show up with no sleep, and half drunk. Remmber if you are extremmly ill and bed ridden, it might help your case, but have some one help you because when we are sick we might not be at our best. Its ok to have some help while you speak or even to have some one speak for you if you are to sick.

First week of March preapare yourselves, get a small speach togeather and have it correspond to your medical history and your proof that Marijuana helps you better or in addition to your current life.
