I read that,
it does not sound good.
If you can petition the board to add what you are "suffering" from great, but I doubt that will be very easy. We'll see though, California law says something to the effect of any illness for which it provides relief.
It will be intresting to see how many sick people start popping up in NM with double glaucomas!
I can tell you right now, the number of people that suffer from just the stated illnesses will not be very high in relation to the regular population. And..
you have to figure that not all the "sick" people live close to each other or care to participate neccesarily. NM is fucking huge! So now you have to have provide access to a very small sliver of the population and somehow overcome the distances that those people are going to be spread over. Something stinks, I am closely watching NM and will be intrested to see what happens. This is just the beginning of the war it sounds like. Good luck, I hope that somehow people figure out how to provide safe and easy access to everyone.

Whats a double glaucoma??

NM Is big but the people are networked, from crime to prime time their are no secrets from eachother here.

And the war has never stoped here, this is just another victory on our part. Medical is what is needed right now for those suffereing, in the future there can be hope for more.

Thanks for the luck, right now I think NM is the only state where patients can grow thier own, so their is no medical distribution. So far the feds have leaft all but 3 people alone. One was not medical cleared the other 2 have been leaft alone scinc the raid (I think it has been close to 7 months now)

Patients can grow in California, I don't know about any other states?
Despite that many do not.
That will be big factor for your state, whether people do the right thing, or rely on someone else. Information is free, it needs to be shared, it doesn't have to be the way it is here. Keep your eyes open and your ears too.

^ realy I got some friends in Cali and they said they can only buy unless you have a growers permit, but they could be wrong

Just read prop 215 and sb 420. It is pretty clear. I think you misunderstood your friends or they are misinforming you.
