Hi all. I am a legal card holder and producer. Anyone in the Las Cruces or surrounding areas have any extra clones of some kind? I might have some skywalker clones to part with.

Alright, did I do something wrong? Over 50 views and not 1 response. My paperwork from the state says that I must acquire my medicine, and I quote "Intrastate". That doesn't mean from the state, as we all know, the state doesn't produce. That means within the bounderies of New Mexico, or in other words, not out of state. I've checked with the state, and an attorney, and there doesn't appear to be anything illegal with my request. Unless of course the person supplying the clones was not a holder of a producer license. I'm sure many of those folks have looked at this post, but I am also sure that some legal folks probably has too. So whats the deal? If I were able to help someone out I would. As a matter of fact, it looks as if I have led a few people to a Dr that will sign off for them, so I have helped in some way. If someone had proof that they had a producers license from the state, and were in need of some clones to get going quick, I would help. Where is all the help? No bashing please, my wife does enough of that. Thanks.

Why not get some seeds (easier than finding clones) and start your own mother plant and make your own clones forever.

I have just recently looked into Medicinal Marijuana and Las Cruces, New Mexico is in need of dispensaries. I am going to look into opening one up, hopefully it is worth the ground breaking adventure i will surely have to go through.

Just my 2 cents worth..... Your first post was misleading and could have been read that you are a "producer" - You are not. there is only one "producer" in New Mexico. At best you have a certificate to grow your own personal supply (4 mature, 8 seedlings and up to 6 oz. of usable product).
Maybe what you need to set up is a patent exchange.

There are hundreds of patients with growing certificates. I suggest you start the "love" there. The other reason for the slow response might have to do with this website. I do read through the postings once and a while. There is a huge disconnect between the medical cannabis culture and the pot culture. The advertisers and banner ads on this site are clearly aimed at the pot culture and not too shy about it. I would also suggest posting on sites that cater to medical cannabis exclusively. , ajnag, etc.

Remember, we are patients, not pot heads. We have the legal right to medicate and a moral obligation to keep it real.

Actually, the NM Dept. of Health's website says they have only licensed 23 patients to grow their own supply. And, I believe you are allowed 12 seedlings, not 8.

As far as patients. according to the Las Cruces sun news, 771 patients, another 25 for producer license, and like 250 ish with there own license to grow personal.....like me. Still would like a clone or two!
