in california, dysthymic disorder is qualifying for medical marijuana right?
but in Rhode Island where i live, it is not.
but if you have a medical marijuana card from California, you may buy marijuana from the compassion centers being opened in 2010 in rhode island i believe.
so im asking if i can skip the trip to california, fax my papers from my therapists and ect. and see if i can get the california medical marijuana card?
or can a doctor from california just convince the people of Rhode Island to allow me to gain access to medical marijuana?
please any help would be appreciated.
