being as this is a medical MJ site , i am only offering a place in an area that allows medical MJ so i feel it is relavent

property taxes are 2200/yr

I saw this thread earlier today but didn't have time to say or do anything.

We have forum rules, no selling anything on this site. The dispensaries can put up their info but that's about it. Just because your selling a house in the emerald triangle doesn't let you break this rule.

I don't think your thread about your house will be too helpful anyway. I haven't seen too many people going "Damnit, if only I had a house in mendo county with a shit ton of land, then I would be set!"

Get a home drug test if you want to know for sure if you can pass a drug test. Drinking lots of water for days and days before the test will not help you get clean quicker. All that water will not make your kidneys work better.
