Oregon Medical Marijuana patient needs support!!!

My friend Rob is a licensed medical marijuana patient.
He and his S/O ares being prosecuted for having too many plants in his garden, but the cops counted DEAD PLANTS as part of his count.
We need to send a message to the city of Keizer to LEAVE SICK PEOPLE ALONE!!
His hearing is this Thursday, November 1st, 100 High street in downtown Salem. The hearing will be held on the 5th floor in room B.
Please come and show polite support for legal marijuana!!!

How many plants was he growing? Here in Washington the legislature is still trying to get there shit together on setting the amounts. We've had a lot of busts here too because of unclear laws.

"Also, Senate Bill 1085, which took effect on January 1, 2006, raises the quantity of cannabis that authorized patients may possess from seven plants (with no more than three mature) and three ounces of cannabis to six mature cannabis plants, 18 immature seedlings, and 24 ounces of usable cannabis. However, those state-qualified patients who possess cannabis in amounts exceeding the new state guidelines will no longer retain the ability to argue an "affirmative defense" of medical necessity at trial. "
"Other amendments to Oregon's medical marijuana law redefine "mature plants" to include only those cannabis plants that are more than 12 inches in height and diameter, and establish a state-registry for those authorized to produce medical cannabis to qualified patients."

This case is now going to court.
It seems there was a paperwork snafu and not all of the patients were registered to the proper address. Just an oversite on his part but it may cost him.
It's a sad time when people who truly are helping people are prosecuted due to a simple mistake.
