Need help in Medford/Grants Pass area
Alright i've got a bit of a prediciment here. I just sent off my doctors approval and application for my card and it says that they cant provide me with a list of refferals of any kind for a caregiver. I dont really have any idea where to start on this. Is there anyone that can help me?
