Thread: Oregon with a California prescription?

My wife has to go to Oregon this weekend, she has a california prescription, if she gets caught with her medicine up there will the police give her any problems? I'm thinking she'll be breaking a law or two, but she has to have her MJ, so I know discretion will be needed.

that would never hold up in court however depending on the cop maybe he wouldn't pursue charges?

I know Montana and I beleive Rhode Island are the only states that recognize other states mmj permissions. However, if you carry it across state lines, youv'e gone federal. Montana (my state) allows you to buy from any caregiver (better than us who actually live there!)

i use a doctor of thcf and they have offices in cali and oregon so maybe they could write me a script for there also, but other wise it dont work.
