Help, First Organic Grow

This is my first organic grow and here is set up.

Compost I picked up at local Lowes, Its called Earths Finest Organic Compost. I cant find whats in it. I mixed it with Worm Castings and figured that this would be enough food for the growhowever the more I read the more that i think that I need to add more food during flowering???

If so what should I add.. Something low maintenence.. I was thinking Guano Tea but what Type.. Im assuming that it needs to he high in phosuphourus? Or can I go whole grow with Castings?

My Light is a 430W San Angro light for 7 plants.
