Does anybody else think this? Anyone can rap. Producers just give people beats and the throw in gay unmeaniful lyrics of just pure shit.

No, ive listened to every rap i can. In my younger days i used to not mind it. But listen to what they right about. Its all worthless. I like some hip hop, like outkast and common and the roots, they all have good instremental thing in their music. I also like the beastie boys. They dont have to rap about raping chiicks and how much money they have and what cars they drive.haha strong message. rap.. no.. RETARDED. And as for liking rock bands on the radio, ahha bullshit, radio is horrible. I might go as far to say pop rcok bands may be just as bad as rap....No but very close

No doubt about it, mainstream rap today sucks Young Jeezy once said "Patty cake, patty cake, microwave..." that rhyme is downright pathetic. But if you start to look a little deep at old school shit like pac, biggie, jay z, nas, mobb deep you'll see there is amazing talent with their multi syllable rhymes and just overall finess. Anyone can rap like young jeezy and 50 cent, but look a little deeper and you realize the complex production and lyrics that used to be what rap was all about.
