enough to get by financially in the winter with only working part time and smoke about 2g of homegrown a day till next harvest so it worked out good $ and smoke wise

Thats great!!! 2 g a a month is just over 2 ounces so I suppose you got a pretty solid harvest. But this post and other has inspired me to go outdoors. I've never really liked the idea because of the fear of animals eating or the cops finding it.. but I think its worth it. that natural sunlight will make your yields far better than any HID could and the hassle of finding some1 who'll let you grow in their house (cant do at mine.. Im still with my parents) and the hassle of trying to rent your own apartment and use up loads of electricity... makes it so easy to just find a safe secure outdoor spot to grow from. I'm going for it this year and with the weather warming up early it looks like I'm going to have alot of veg time. I cant wait!

good luck and hopefully my journal has helped you find similar locations to grow as well as how I ran mine without even getting close to caught

Awesome write up. I needed this bad. One question though.. Where the fuck do you live?

view of the southern sky would also work as the sun rises from the south.

Sun rises from the south? Since when? Shit.. hahahaah. I know what you mean, but the suns always risen from the east. and sets in the west.

very helpful. I unfortunately didn't have the ability to start mine indoors with lights. I have some authoritative figures who would be very displeased if they were to come across them. any who...

i started off with 29 seeds, 25 germinated, 21 made it to seedlings then all of a sudden im left with three. i dont understand why all of them died. i didnt over or underwater. keept the soil moist. not soaking. but the three i have left. one of them at the base of the stem began to shrivel and shrink and the plant lost its structure so i put a toothpick in to hold it up for the mean time, its seemed to gain some strength back. But this is happening to all of them. I am using organic soil and water then every two days. they are outside all day and night. ( i bring them in when i feel its too cold out at night, and its been a sold 45-50 degrees now) im just looking for some advice, you seem to know what your doing.

stay true

try to make sure the roots have not ran out of space and when you bring them in try putting a fan on them. The thin stems might be because of stretching try adding a little soil to the bottom of the stem to add support anything past a week old they should be in at least a 32 ounce foam cup so the roots/plant can grow

If you can afford about 50 dollars total you can get a bag of Fox Farm Organic Ocean Forest soil its got a lot of natural things in it and if you look around you can find some water soluble organic nutrients. You should be able to get a 1.5 cu ft bag of soil and nutes for 50 shipped. Get a prepaid visa card if you dont got a debit card. Search around ebay and when you find a good deal go to the sellers normal site so you dont have to go through ebay you should find. good deals that way

I'm curious about the pictures of the plants in your backyard. I know you planted a few out in the cornfields, but from this picture it looks like you have some huge plants growing in your backyard with neighbors 20 feet away. Weren't you worried about the smell, or your neighbors recognizing the plants?
