Thread: Somebody or something ripped up my plant!? wtf?? any ideas?

i went to go check on my plant today and it was ripped up out of the ground....there was no animal tracks and i didnt really see any foot prints.......but the day after i planted my plant there came a really bad storm with alot of wind and shit and i was wondering if anybody knew what is going on?!
most of the roots were ripped but there was also a good amount of roots let..like baseball size root ball but there was hardly any dirt left on the root ball which seemed ab-normal to me


also the plant was just left beside the hole where i planted it which wouldnt seem normal for a person to do?? also its in the middle of a big patch of woods

did it look like the plant was broken from somebody pulling it out? it couldve been somebody trying to rip you off, then they realized it hadnt even budded(?) how long had the plant been located there?

it very well couldve been a curious animal. could you save it?

boys, theres a good chance they very well might of gotten fucked over by bears

are the plants alright to replant ? that sounds messed up..

and again it happened...damn....i went and checked on it again today and it was tore out of the ground again....if tommorow its torn up again im just going to replant it in a different location..

and no it cant be bears because theres none around where i live

sounds to me they were ripped up by a person, who is trying to 'send you a message' ... a sheriff's deputy friend of mine used to do that, to give guys a break ... if he had to come back and do it a second time, he usually wasn't as generous ... got a straight neighbor, or landlord's employee, that may have done it ? ...

Your grow spot has been compromised. Go somewhere else. Reaper is right. I would personally not even return to that spot, much less garden there.

I don't know, but it seems obvious that somebody has found it, don't you think? Whether or not the person is a cop or not, he or she certainly has a mouth to tell the cops with if he wants. Whoever it is seems to be going back and checking to see if you re-planted... I would never go near that place again if I were you.

It seems to me that it is always safer and always smarter to plant or grow on your own property.I believe it is much less risk ...

yeah animals dont do good with bud plants, they like to eat, nibble, shred... whatever. my cats meow whenever they get near my plants. and if its a human messin with it, then you gotta relocate like stinky said. dont wanna draw attention to yourself. remember, its just as easy for you to get busted as it is to get your shit jacked.

move the plants like a block away(in the woods) spray some axe deodorant body spray about a foot diameter around the base of the stem this is the only thing that has worked very very well for me. I'm guessing its a small animal with small claws that is ripping it out from the roots just make sure nobody is following you when you go back to plant

welp 2 days ago i left a note right next to my plant with a pencil saying....if someone is doing this please just write yes....annnd nobody wrote anything and the plants still in the ground......problem is i dont know if the plant is still going to live because it was quite a large plant about 1-1.5ft tall and it ripped ALOT of the root so just gonna ride it out and see what happens

Maybe they haven't gone back yet...they probably figured it died already...besides, I don't think they'd mind the note if their assholes enough to rip out your precious plant twice.
Shit, all i can say is be careful man,from one grower to the next....we wish you (and your plant) the best, but I'd personally consider abandoning the location...even if it is an animal, it's obvious that your plant is not 100% safe there.
