when is the last day i can start to grow a plant outside? im planing on ordering some seeds from but i wanna know if it is still okay to plant them in july.

Well i wouldn't waste my money on ordering seeds this late...get some good bagged seeds and try them...what you got to lose?

i have california orange bud seeds, i want to know if its still okay to plant them now or should i wait till next year?

You have 3 months before equinox. That's your drop-dead date for flowering.
It's not entirely too late, but for best results you should have started them indoors a while back.
