    Caterpillar problem

hey all, i have been wondering what has been decimating the leaves on my girls and today found a little green caterpillar baby on it. What do you recommend as a good safe organic spray to save my plants they are already in there 4th week of flowering and my hole riddled leaves are dying off and starting a mini mold problem.

    cheers

One more thing, all the leaves that they have chewed holes in will eventually die, and we are getting alot rain right now and one by one they are dying and molding...should i pick all the leaves that have been totalyy chewed up or leave them?

If it's just one or a few little wormies, why not share and let them enjoy as well? Now, if it's something voracious, like a hornworm, then you need to pluck them mercilessly. Do hornworms bug cannabis? Terrible pests, those.

I'm generally no fan of 'organic' pest controls (if our farmers didn't use insecticides, we would all starve) ... but, if you buy any spray that labels itself as "safe for fruits and vegetable", you will be OK ... when the label says "pyrethrins", don't freak out, that dangerous -sounding 'poison' is made from marigolds ...

I felt the same way about "organic derived" Pyrethrin products untill a couple months ago, when I started researching pesticides
I wanted to know what was safer for the medical Mj card holders I grow for, Pyrethrin products or Neem Oil 70%, this is what I found........

The manufacturers of the Pyrethrin products only say there has been no substantial testing to support any problems with humans and Pyrethrins....but there is a whole lot of people that say they are lying, cause they are real sick from Pyrethrin Poisioning
True Stores of Pesticide Poisoning - very many are Pyrethrin products Pyrethrin dervitives...head lice products are a common one

Neem Oil it seems is a terriffic product ,will dispense with most bug , mould & disease issues...... its safe , it beaks down biologically by exposure to sunlight, wind and humidity with absolutely no adverse effects to the environment. & some neem products can be taken internally, its the number 1 birth controll method in India, it's claimed by eastern medicine for centuries to cure hundreds of illness, afflictions , prevents sexually transmitted diseases, bacteria & pests & can be used up to the day of harvest on fruits, & vegtables..........not that I recommend anything on your buds the last 3 weeks.

Personal choice.....but, remember what they said about asbestos, tobacco and a myriad of other items they made money on.

Im not to sure on your pest problem, but the others have seemed to shine some light on that... But you are going to want to pick all the dead/dying shit and make sure your shaking water off of the plants when it stops raining it helps alot with mold... well goodluck and i wish the best for your plants.
