I am not sure why you can't list them I had white widows in my GH that I tied down after the grew to over 5' so it is doeable just go real slow. How far into flowering are they? If they are finishing up I'd leave them alone but otherwise they'll still have some growing to do.

Why?

Hi amrcnbut

Why is it too tall?
Is it so tall you need to put a strobe light on it so planes don't hit it?
Why can't it be bent? It's not a hardwood.
Is it planted in the ground so it can not be moved?
Is it not possable to move the light?
A little more info and I could probably give you a better answer.

GOOD LUCK !!!

i liked your first answer, (airplane) i bent them slowly. it's a 430 watt hps light it's a 4'X6' room will the light work on any plant in the 4X6 room or does
it have to be directly over the plant? the light is as high as it can go.
thanks

offset

hi amrcnbut
I am assuming your grow area is 8ft tall. Your light is probably 1ft from the ceiling. That is like a 7ft plant, to me that is a monster for an inside grow.
I would love to see it. Got some pix?

I think I would offset the light in the room to one end and place the plant on the other. This would give your plant a couple of feet to grow sideways. Offsetting the plant and the light would also give you a better chance to not burn up the buds.

As for other plants in the room, if they will fit in the room they will grow. Indirect lighting may not be the best but it will work.

I would continue to tie it as horizontal as I could get it. How far are u in flower? The plant usually is done with the "big" stretch 3 weeks into flower.
It doesn't look like your plant has shifted totally to flower yet so I would continue to tie her down. It will be hard but your harvest will be greater.

You are getting squeeze in there, I'm with Forwhat420 on this, try to avoid the plant to touch the light, maybe the CFL you got in there can help you get buds on the branch that are not directly under the lamp. I see some wood panels, maybe you can build another cabinet taller and use this one for vegging purpose or even as a place for a few mother plants.
