stinkin' stinky water

i'm growing in soil, indoors, my tap water is from a well, and smells like sulfur so i have to get water from this dispenser up in town. most of the time i have no problem with it, but if i let the gallon jugs sit on the counter for a couple days they start smelling really bad like mildew, kinda like an old cellar or something. the problem seems to desist if i keep the water in the fridge. but of course, then i have the problem of the water being too cold and shocking my crop. anyone ever had this problem before? any ideas? is it ok to leave water that has superthrive, flower nutes and cal mag plus in the fridge? and then let it warm up before i use it? or should i just use all the mixed water as soon as i mix it?

hmmmm...

Well, I think the conventional wisdom is to just mix them as you go. Try that and see what happens, not too hard to mix a gallon at a time.
Get really fancy and get some 5 gallon buckets, make yourself a container with a spickit, attach some tubing, badda bing badda boom you got lil hose attachment. Mix them up to 5 gallons at a time if you wanna, but I don't know about letting them sit, I have never mixed more than I needed at one time.

Try using a circulation pump to keep the water moving, and also if you are gonna let it sit in between waterings make sure to use an air-stone... you should be either way to get oxygen to the water.

the water has organisms in it.

when you get it just throw it in the microwave.

then filter it.

then boil it.

your water should last for a while now.

thats my way of cleaning my rain water.
so it should work for store bought.

best of luck.
