Thumbs up Big Pancake Surprise

Makes 6 - 8 pancakes (3 people)

You Will Need
1 and 1/4 cups of milk, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons of flour, A pinch of Salt,
1/4 of an ounce of chopped weed, A mixing bowl, A wooden spoon,
And a fying pan,

Oh yeah and maybe a fish slice
(not needed if you intend to flip the pancakes)

Steps 1-8 Mixing
1. Put the flour and salt into a mixing bowl

2. Make a well in the centre of the flour and crack an egg into it

3. Use the wooden spoon to stir the egg and draw in the flour from around the edge

4. Slowlly add enough milk to incorporate all the lfour and make a thick paste.

5. Beat the mixture to remove all the lumnps so that the mixture is smooth.

6. Stir in the remaining milk, a little at a time

7. Add the chopped weed and mix well.

8. Beat the batter until small air bubble appear all over the surface

Steps 1-6 Cooking
1. Heat a frying pan until it is really hot

2. Put in 1/2 teaspoon of oil or a small knob of butter and allow this to spread all around the pan

3. Pour in a little batter and tilt the pan so that it runs all over the base - it should make a very thin layer.

4. Let the pancake cook for about a minute, shaking the pan a little to stop it from sticking. Until the top is just set and the underneath is lightly browned.

5. Use a fish slice to turn the pancake over. You can try and toss it, but if you drop it you lose precious weed its your choice.

6. Cook for about another 20 seconds until the other side is browned, then turn the pancake out onto a plate.

Then enjoy I found this at www.evilweeds.com
