 I'm new here, and will be on often I imagine (fyi)My Q 2 U: Is there any methods of cooking with stems and seeds and does anyone know the nutritional value of a seed?

Don't cook with seeds it's just a waste.
If you are going to cook with stems you will need way more then if you were smoking with buds. Just make some budder and try it out

i cant remember the name of the bakery, but it is in toronto. they might have some answers. right though seeds/roots wont get you high but you can make flour of it. or toasted and use like sesame seeds.

you should just take the stems and grind em in a kief catcher grinder and just collect the kief. kief works excellently in baking, or you can just smoke it and get fucked up too.

There are threads on here that deal with seed nutritional value if you look for them. Even in the 'recreation' section! Seeds are GREAT.
I think the bakery that 2guys is talking about is the Kindred Cafe? Is that the one?
