I need to make about 3 bud cupcakes or brownies. I was thinking I would mixing a good amount canola oil and butter into some instant pancake mix and then bake it like cupcakes in a toaster oven. Do you think this would work? How much bud should I add if I'm just trying to make 3 cupcakes?

i would think pancake mix wouldnt rise as much cuz when you make pan cakes they stay pretty flat but when u make a cake it rises up quite a bit, and it would taste like pan cakes but thats not a bad thing...
i would also think that like a chocolate cake mix or brownie mix would have a higher fat content which is really good for extracting the stuff you want
