What do I do with this residue?

I got these crystals / residue inside a plastic sandwhich bag I was using to store some weed. How can I extract it and use it? Could I turn it inside-out and dip it in melted butter (i.e. canna-butter) without melting the bag?

Thanks is advance for helping me out.

(If you don't understand my post its because I'm stoned.)

Sound advice! Easier to just scrape than start dipping plastic into hot liquids that have a chance of melting it.
