Well I killed two males last night and I am going to dry them and make butter. They're about a foot tall and pretty bushy. One's an NL. Is it worth the trouble? I have no job and school's on break so I have time to kill. Any thoughts?

Since none of you twenty some fuckers bothered to reply I went ahead and did it. I just finished my first brownie which was delicious thank you very much and we'll see what happens. It can't suck right. It had the right taste. If you've had edibles then you know what I'm talking about. Not hashy but almost. 8:33 PM EST (or EDT not sure which) now. I'll keep ya'll posted.

Recipes for males are a bit 'thin-on-the-ground' I'm afraid. Most people think the only thing there good for is making seeds (just like my wife lol), as they only contain small amounts of THC.
Bob bongs canna-butter thread (stickied at the top) would probably have been your best bet as a starting point, although I'm guessing the dry weight of your two plants might not have been enough to make it worth attempting (you'd need quite a lot).

I sort of hybridized the Flameon slow cooker doupbe boiler methods. I used canola oil as that's what the recipe called for.

Thanks forr the step by steps. They really helped me out a lot. I figure that the dry weight between the two plants had to be close to an oz. I used about a third cup of oi in a very small pyrex sauce pan. I chopped the shit out of the plants in a food processor. I put about an inch of water on bottom of the slow cooker then places the saucepan in that. I cooked it down for about three hours I guess.
They're actuall quite potent. I passed out on the couch for about an hour and when my girlfriend cae home I woke up and was still pretty baked.
Still I can't wait to try it with real buds. About six weeks out now. WOO HOO!!!

It's a tricky task to get good product out of males, very good work indeed.

If you come across any 'Extra virgin coconut oil' in any of your local food stores, its worth buying as it'll squeeze out a little extra THC both when your cooking and eating.
You should be able to substitute it for the canola oil in your recipe.
It'll add a coconut taste to the chocolate (not a bad thing surely?), and it should increase the potency by a noticeable amount.

P.S. You're a Doctor Who fan I take it? The Christmas special is on here in a few days, I've a batch ready especially for the show!

Yeah we get screwed here in the colonies. Especially since I've been a fan since Harry and Sarah Jane were traveling with Tom Baker.
