Monkey Bread

I haven't tried this yet, but I'm going to before my next party. If anyone else tries it, tell me how it is. ^_^

Monkey Bread

3 cans of 16/12 oz. bisquits
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 c. cannabutter (or regular if you're just making it plain)
** Nuts and/or Raisins

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease a bundt pan. Break up the bisquit dough into forths and coat with cinnamon sugar mixture. Continue until all the pieces have a coat. As you coat them, add them to the pan. If desired, add nuts or raisins. Continue until pan is full. Melt the Cannabutter and Brown sugar in a saucepan and let boil for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle evenly over the dough in the pan. Place in the oven and bake for 35 min. Take out and let cool for 15. Place a plate on the top and carefully flip the bread out of the pan. Enjoy warm or let cool.

In 7th grade I had this African-American woman as my Foods and You class instructor. We would watch her make stuff on Monday, we'd look up the recipe on Tuesday, and would whip up whatever the current selection was on Friday. She taught us how to make monkey bread . Hers was the best recipe ever; want me to ask her for it? Just to give you an impression of what she's like, imagine a 35 year old black woman singing love songs while making monkey bread to her students. I gotta admit that I loved the class, though, because her final was to make anything. I made a stuffed crust cheese pizza and got an A in the class.
