The good stuff in cannabis will not dissolve in water. Try looking for a Bhang recipe that uses cream (fat). THC is fat soluble.

Yeah I know its not water-soluble. Most of the recipes require milk or butter or something. I'm lookin to find out a method that i KNOW works 100%.

Well... unfortunately there is no recipe that works in 100% of the cases... besides the things that can go wrong during the making process, there is also the difference between persons metabolism, so what may work for one doesnt necessarily works for someone else. You must try by yourself.
