What do you put in your cannabis capsules?

I read on one of the capsule guides that someone mentioned adding cayenne to the capsules and another person added turmeric to their capsules. I think they mentioned it was a blood flow enhancer or something. Does anyone recommend adding other herbs or spices to capsules? Do you do this for added effects on the high or do you put it in there for an unrelated benefit?

I've thought about making a cocktail of different herbs but I don't know which would be best to use. Maybe something that works well at cleaning the liver? Milk thistle? Cayenne? Turmeric? Anything else you would recommend or suggest to stay away from? Does anyone out there have a recipe for a capsule cocktail?

I had another idea. How about raw bee pollen? Could even be put in afterward since I am not sure whether cooking it would reduce its benefits. It would probably work well as a thickening agent if you tend to have more oil than thick goo.

Cannabrex has a cayenne additive that is in their 3X blend truthfully I didn't notice a difference. I have read that Ed Rosenthal recommends eating some papaya beforehand.

The additive is not cayenne. It is an extract from the black pepper fruit, from India. Related to cayenne, but definitely not cayenne. Cayenne is sold as a spice to be eaten and cooked with food. What we use is processed specifically for nutriceutical and pharmaceutical use, to increae the rate of absorption into the bloodstream.
