Just got 1/4 ounce of bud and want to make something edible for Disneyland. what can I make in 5 days? and what are the recipes? I only want to use 1/4 of what I bought if I decide to cook with it.

I just want to add that smoking in the hotel is not an option. My wife does not want me to smoke in front of family and children. I am leavin in 7 days and will need to make something for 6 days worth. Anyone?

Theres a wide range of things u can do within a couple hours, Green Dragon, Brownies, Stinky's Caramels, Thc capsules, and with any of those 1/4oz should last u a loonngg time.

Great! I have so absinthe that I planned to use as well. I want to make small amounts and I am completely new to baking--in fact I do little at home. I was thinking of storing 2 gms to soak in some abinthe for 3 weeks--but I dont know how much absinthe to use for that amount. I also wanted to make atleast 6 brownies--one for each day--during my trip to Disneyland. After all that, I want some left over to smoke up to the day I leave and for the day I get back.

Any suggestion?

when making green dragon I've heard you should use 2oz to 3.5g. One dose is about 20 drop or 1 ml. I tried doing the hot extraction and totally screwed up my experiment. You could do the method you mentioned with the sitting and shaking for a couple weeks, although I have heard you need to do it longer than 3 weeks. Like at least 6. Never done it myself though, just what I heard. So I would do about 1 1/4 oz. Maybe a touch more. Or you could use a lot more and do shot rather than drops. Just do the math to get a little over .1g per dose and you should be good. How high is the proof on the absinthe also? The higher the better. I think I remember this being brought up in another thread. Maybe towards the end of Master Wu's green dragon thread.

Another option is to prebake the weed before mixing to activate the THC. 5 minutes at 325 degrees(This was the step that I ruined my green dragon on). Then you could cut down the extraction time significantly. I've seen videos and read posts about people using their vaporizer for a second or two on the weed to activate it without actually burning off the THC. Then they just mix it with the alcohol for an hour and it's done. If I tried this I would probably let it extract for about a week though. 1 hour makes me think you'd be leaving behind a lot of good stuff.
