I have a white russian (vodka + kahlua + milk) drink and about a gram of ground up weed. I know it's soluble in alcohol and milk which makes me think that if I heat this with the bud and strain it, would it activate the marijuana? And also if this will work, any ideas on how I should heat it?

is it a premix?...if not use the vodka to make a tincture....use about 3.5 grams per 100ml of vodka and put them in a air tight container, in a dark, warm place for 10-20 days shaking daily.....then make a white russian using the tincture....ive never tried making cocktials/mixes with tincture.....but shot of tincture and a joint and im done......(it might be 3/8 per 100ml but im not sure)
