Thread: Kamo - The new drinkable form of THC

If you ever wanted to know how to make a drinkable form of weed that gets you really fucked up, tastes really good and is easy to make, here is how...

This is what you need..
1 tablespoon of butter (less salt the better)
12- 14 oz of water
1.0 (or however strong you wanna make it) grams of your finest greens
1 bag of chamomile tea
2 12 oz cups
1 small
a tea strainer, or you can use a sheet of tin foil and poke a bunch of holes in it.
what to do...
First boil a small pot (12 oz or less) of water, and while your waiting for it to boil cut up your weed. then get a tablespoon of the highest quality low salt butter you can find (it must be solid butter) and add it to the boiling water, make sure you leave the lid off until it disolves because it will boil over.
then add your greens and lower the heat a little bit and put the lid on. after about 10 - 15 minutes, take it off the boiler and let it cool a bit. you will see 3 layers. One oil thats darker yellow oil and is in a collected pool (your THC), a lighter oil that looks like many little bubbles of lighter oil (your melted butter) and your water which is of a pinkish color because the hot water has leeched out all the vitamins that were in the weed, and the iron has turned it pink. Now after you've let it cool for a little bit, put the strainer over one of your cups and pour the water/weed mixture in there to strain out all the big chunks. squeeze all the water you can out of the weed back into the cup with the rest of the juice, and put your mixture in the freezer. Keep checking on it every 15 minutes or so, after a while the butter will resolidify with the active THC in it, and collect on the sides. Scrape the butter off the sides with a knife, and put it in your second cup or coffee mug. Get all the butter you can get into that cup by straining the mixture again. throw out the water that you strained, and put that chamomile tea bag in the cup with the butter and fill it with water and put it in the microwave, the chamomile takes really hot water to activate it's chemical components, so you will know it's done when the water is dark yellow and really hot. add sugar, let it cool and enjoy

how this works...
Basically what we are going to be doing is extracting the THC by, taking the plant material containing the inactive THC and activating it with boiling water, but you must take it a step further so that your body can absorb it. Since THC is has an oil base and is not water soluble, it is captured the saturated fat of butter, and instead of becoming inactive within 30 seconds (like it would in smoke form) it's molecule's are suspended by the butter, and the THC will remain active. When the active THC in the butter meets with the alkaloids that are released by the chamomile, it creates a third drug, that fucks you up by boosting the sedative effects of weed with chamomile much more than you would get if you were to smoke marijauna and drink chamomile tea. I call it Kamo, you should try it, because now you can get high anywhere and no one can say shit, provided you have the place to make it.

Does it work with male leafs. If so can you help me out my aim is myplague666x. I need to make something of this male. I just don't want to kill it you see.

I havent tried it, but as long as you dry them properly first, it probably would. you probably just have to use as much of the plant as you can since male plants dont contain very much thc.

if i wasnt a lazy ass id try it. sounds pretty cool

i tried it..... and maybe i didnt do it right, but it really tasted like shit,,,

and before anyone asks (no, i didnt burn it)

but i will admit that maybe i didnt do it right

but i did get pretty toasted off it though, ya know (fucked up)
but i just dont dig havin oil in my tea

but i would try it again, prob. next harvest

so the male plants actually workeD?

i tried it yesterday, and felt a nice fade (though i had smoked also right after i finished drinking it), but nothing significant, past what i felt because i blazed. I dunno, maybe its better with super high quality buds.

you guys the question is would you get higher smoking it or preparing it in this tincture because if youll get higher id rather not waste my time with the whole process but if it truly extracts the thc and gets you hammered fuck yea sounds awesome.

my bud that did this a few days ago said he would definitely have been higher by smoking it than doing this

I make budder and never let the mixture get over 220 degrees.It kills the goodies.Use a crockpot on low,still alittle hot,or ideally, a crockpot with thermostat.I have severe insomnia.Nothing but methadone puts me to sleep.Head injury.Cannnabudder will keep me on the level better than any pharmas and I've done em all.Only problem is,it takes 3 tbls., or 1/2 oz. of weed per dose for me to sleep.1 tsp. in my morning coffee will keep,me level all day.Good stuff if you can afford it.Nice being a card holder.

can i just boil water with butter in it n then strain it and put the mixture in the freezer and then just use the butter to make something like grilled cheese if i put it on the inside of the bread?

That's the idea.
