I think if you wanted the flavor, you should make a paste of other herbs plus the fan leaves... like a sage/rosemary/pot pesto, and use it as a rub on the bird. That would be yummy.
We're having a very nontraditional Thanksgiving at my house this year... planning on doing 2 small birds, different flavors... maybe one will be especially for the guests who don't have to take the whiz quiz, lol!

thats a good idea about making a paste, put alot of bud in just after you mixed it all up, to refine the flavour lol and keep it fresh, i was thinking though with a few recipes with weed in them, take a long time to cook, and my mum does this thing with one type of meat (i dunno which 1) that cooks on low all day, so maybe putting some weed in there before it cooks, (not weed alone tho) would be perfect, i dunno, i just watched a cooking program where they made some well tasty lookin meat things and they put loadsa veg. in that, so surely, theres GOT to be a way....
