Hey, anyone know if it matters whether you use fresh (wet) bud vs. dried bud for making cannabutter/brownies? I know drying the bud changes the THC to a psychoactive form, but is it only necessary for smoking?

i don't know. i used fresh picked buds (most not off the tree for more than a day or two) for some brownies i made a couple nights ago. i ate them at like 830pm or something and didnt't feel them til maybe 11. went to bed at about 1230. i still wasn't feeling much. when i had to wake up at 6am for work though, i was high as shit, and i looked it too. i'm having some more today, but not as much, as i have to see my parents today.
